The Young@Heart Cafe Dementia Friendly Carol Concert 2019

We’re delighted to announce that our 2019 Carol Concert is taking place on Saturday 7th December at the Holy Family 24 Freshwater Close, Luton LU3 3TA from 1pm to 4pm.

We’re expecting at least 150 people to attend and our very own Young@Heart Choir will be performing, joined by the Meads Primary School Choir and the Dunstable Rock Choir.
