Supporting Dementia Action Week 2021

On Friday 21st May 2pm to 3.30pm Young@Heart Cafe is supporting a local Dementia Action Week online celebration event.

You can take part at home or at work on Zoom to find out what’s been happening and how everyone can help to support local people affected by dementia.
